• Human Resources and Social Security Bureau: Responsible for basic training of industrial workers in various enterprises within the jurisdiction, as well as follow-up accountability, including the work performance of industrial workers after they start their jobs and the social security and subsistence allowances for their family members.
• Trade Union: Leveraging its organizational advantages in connecting with enterprises and grassroots, it will increase vocational skills competitions across industries, further enrich corporate cultural life, and integrate the creation of safe trade unions with the creation of safe enterprises.
