About the Author
  • The author has participated in county-level judicial, enforcement, prosecutorial, and public security work, and has handled judicial administrative affairs at both county and township levels. They have a certain understanding of terms related to criminal law, civil law, administrative law, and procedural law, and have some simple thoughts on the work of courts, procuratorates, judicial bureaus, and some administrative law enforcement agencies.
  • The author once mistakenly entered the IT service outsourcing industry, working in website operation and maintenance, online marketing planning, and serving as an information system administrator. They are familiar with downloading and installing common software tools from the old internet era and are adept at using new AI tools to try to understand the development and changes in the IT and internet industries.
  • Since 2008, the author has been continuously managing their personal blog. Although there were periods of inactivity, as shown by this site, they have resumed operations in 2023 and, barring major life changes, may continue indefinitely.

In short, the author has a certain reserve of legal knowledge and brief IT work experience, but their skills are not refined, their vision is not broad, and their thoughts are not deep. The blog content is also quite casual. If it wastes your precious time, please forgive!

About the ‘Moments’ Page
To avoid information interference, the Moments page on this site only displays the first two pieces of information on the homepage by default.

Content Format

  1. Content
This site was founded in 2008, and the overall content is mainly personal journal entries. Except for a few articles written by the author’s wife, the rest are personal writings. For images, most of the pictures before 2014 were taken from the pexels public image library, with a small portion being personal photos.

  2. Format
The content of this website is converted from WordPress XML files to Markdown files through an automated plugin, but there are significant differences in format compared to WordPress. If you encounter difficulties while browsing, you can point out the issues in the comments below the page.

  3. Bilingual
Since the content of this site was previously deployed separately and then merged, and the Chinese and English content belonged to different data structures, with the English part merged from Wordpress and the Chinese part merged from Hexo, many articles may only have English or only Chinese. If reading is difficult, you can use a browser translation plugin, but there may be many translation errors. Apologies for that!

Whether it’s an English or Chinese page on this site, it may have been machine-translated, with many grammatical and translation errors, which is normal. If machine translation errors cause sentences to be incoherent or completely opposite in meaning, please forgive!

Blog History
  1. Initial Stage
In 2008, upon a friend’s recommendation, the blog was moved from Niubowang to the Wordpress platform, starting an independent blogging journey. During this period, the blog mainly featured reflections on university life and study experiences. However, due to the left-leaning thoughts of the student era, much of the content is now unreadable, so most of it was deleted during a relocation.

  2. Slacking Stage
In the early years of work, due to being young and strong and being overworked (PUA reasons), the blog was rarely updated. The focus was mainly on experimenting with various hosts and platforms, during which many domains and hosts were changed, and many mindless articles were collected. The articles grew in number, the database expanded, but personal writings became fewer.

  3. Transition Stage
In 2014, due to increased internet regulation, many commonly used words in articles were deemed non-compliant, and Wordpress.org became unstable. Thus, the blog was moved to Typecho and fully Anglicized. However, to avoid domain hold, the site remained on Alibaba Cloud.

  4. Migration Stage
In 2016, Google PR grading was canceled, and mobile internet rose, leading to a significant drop in webpage views. Thinking of maintaining a 1ip blog as a memento, no further funds were invested. Thus, experimenting with foreign free hosting began, and due to the need for small databases to fit free hosting, hundreds of fragmented content and some nonsensical items were deleted again.

  5. Reconstruction Stage
After the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the author had more leisure time and, upon a friend’s introduction, joined the MJJ community. During this time, the blog was randomly placed on a VPS without much management. The process also involved experimenting with Hexo, Hugo, and other solutions, but the focus was more on the website framework itself, and writing was neglected.

  6. Finalization Stage
By 2023, the author was approaching 35, an age where retirement is considered in some industries. Thus, the blog was reconstructed with the intention of finalizing it for long-term use. Besides this blog, some subdomains also host basic web applications.
